  • 30 ml hot water (to dissolve the mushroom coffee)
  • 30 ml milk or plant-based milk (for a creamy texture)
  • Optional: sweetener (such as sugar, stevia, or maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mushroom coffee: In a small cup, mix 1 teaspoon of n0glitch mushroom coffee with 30 ml of hot water (around 90°C/194°F) to create a smooth coffee concentrate. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Prepare the Cortado: In a separate container, heat 30 ml of milk or plant-based milk (like oat or almond milk) until warm and frothy.
  3. Combine the two: Pour the hot mushroom coffee into a cup and add the warm milk, creating the signature balance of coffee and cream in a Cortado.
  4. Sweeten (optional): Add your preferred sweetener (such as sugar, stevia, or maple syrup) and stir well to combine.
